HIGH SEASON: 29th July- 26th August, 22nd December - 7th January, Umbriajazz, October's Chocolate Fair, Public holidays and Festivities.
MID SEASON: 5th June - 29th July, 27th August - 8th October, except Chocolate Fair, Public holidays and Festivities.
LOW SEASON: 1st April - 5th July, 8th - 31st October, except Chocolate Fair, Public holidays and Festivities.
During the WINTER SEASON we are usually closed, except
for group travels with a minimu stay of 4
nights.
During the SUMMER SEASON (24/06-09/09) our stays are exclusively weekly: 7 nights with arrivals on Saturday or Sunday depending on the apartment you are choosing.
WHAT IS INCLUDED IN PRICEOBLIGATORY UPON REQUEST TO PAY HEREGENERAL CONDITIONS OF OUR STAYS
- All consumes: electricity, gas for kitchen, water consume, independent heating.
- Final Cleanings-fee and double OZONE disinfection procedure (covid-19 certified).
- First supply of bed-linen and bath towels: 3 towels each person + shower carpet (if you need also kitchen-linen and pool towels we can provide them extra-cost).
- Car park. Inside the property, openair.
- Access to the pool garden and use of the pool.
- Use of the 2 barbecues in front of the reception hall.
- Wi-fi in common areas.
- Cleanings of the Kitchen area and tools is a customer duty, they must be left clean, dried and in order as found.
- City tax: Euro 0.50 per adult a night. (to pay cash at the payment time.)
- If you need an extra bed-linen and towels supply please tell us at the time of your reservation wi will provide you and extra set (bed-sheets + 3 bath towels + shower carpet) for the cost of Euro 9.00 per person.
- Additional person in the apartment : Euro 10.00 a day.
- Baby crib added in the apartment: Euro 30.00 a stay.
- Dog or Cat stay (upon availability and agreements with the diretion at the time of your reservation) Euro 50 a stay each apartment for extra fabric cleanings.
- RESERVATION AND PAYMENT TERMS: Reservation is confirmed after receipt of the 30% of the total amount of your stay that must be sent through bank transfer. PAYMENT will be asked you on your check-in day. You can pay cash, with cheque (just in case of weekly stays), with instant bank transfer when here or with a bank transfer a few days before your arriva. DEPOSIT: on your arrival day, a deposit of 150.00 euro cash will be asked you as warranty. It will be entirely refund you on your departure day after the apartment check.
- CHECKING IN &OUT: Apartments are available starting from 4.00 pm on your arrival day and must be left at 9.00 am on your departure-day. During the summer season and the crowded festivities please help us respecting these times that allow us to clean and prepare the apartments optimally for the new guests. In mid and low season we are able , upon request, to arrange presonalised arrival/times. Please remind that the Reception is not a 24h. Late check-in until 23 pm is possible only after agreement and with an additional fee of 35 Euro. Late check-out until 17.00 pm is possible only after agreement and with an additional cost of 50% of the daily rate.
- Extra supply of bed-linen and bath towels: (bed-sheets, 3 bath towels, shower carpet) Euro 9.00 per person.
- CANCELLATION POLICY: In high season: if a cancellation is made with less than 20 days before your arrival day, any refund will be possible. In case of “no-show” or in the event of earlier departures we reserve the right to charge you for the total amount agreed. In medium or low season: if a cancellation is made with less than 7 days you can choose to use your deposit for a further stay or to ask for a refund.
- KITCHEN USE in the apartments: Kitchen cleaning and tidying is a customer duty: Kitchen inside your apartment must be left as found. If you don’t want to do it, you can choose to pay Euro 50.00 /li>
- SMOKE POLICY: we are a NO SMOKING guesthouse. It is NOT possible to smoke inside any of our apartments. You will find ashtrays in the gardens and balconies. Please use them.
- SEPARATE WASTE COLLECTION: Recycling is everyone’s responsability and it is also obligatory in our region. Not doing it could cost us a fine up to 500 Euros. each time they will check. We thank you in advance for your collaboration, it is a small effort that we all can do to preserve our natural environment.
