THE STRUCTURE
You’ll be sure to receive a warm welcome in any of our ten apartments, results of the recent refurbishment of a typical Umbrian farm house and its barn.
Completely independent, cosy and clean, all flats are simply furnished but tasteful and attractive. Each of them possess its own style and colour which reflects the plant it is named after.
The reception hall is the focal point of the grounds. There you can find answers for all your questions and receive precious local advice about the many interesting things to see and to do in the surrounding area. The corner bar, at your disposal, gives you the chance to taste our genuine local products too.
Just a short walk and you’ll be in the wide shared garden where you can take pleasure from the large swimming pool with Jacuzzi or sunbathe in complete relaxation.
Wonderful during the spring and summer, the pool will be the perfect place to have an aperitif at sunset, as the aromatic subtle scents of the surrounding plants enhance the tranquillity of the unique view over the River Tevere. In summer, this is the delightful setting for fun, traditional Italian dinners organised around the large barbeque on the terrace.
