low season: from 1st of October to 31st of March
mid season: from 1st of April to 30th of September
high season: July 8th-19th, 31st July-21st August, October 14th-25th
- Payment terms: a deposit of 30% of the total amount is required to secure booking. Remaining balance to be paid on arrival.
- Additional fees: End of stay charge: Euros 40,00 for one-room and two-rooms flats, Euros 50,00 for three-rooms flats. It includes heating, electricity, water, gas and final cleaning.
- Security deposit: Euros 150 per apartment on arrival day. Entirely refundable, if no damages occur, on the check-out day.
- In the event of a cancellation: 2/3 of the deposit are refundable if we are given more that 30 days notice before the date of arrival, 1/3 if we are given 15 days notice before the date of arrival. If a cancellation is made after, or in the case of a 'no-show', we reserve the right to charge in full for the booking.
GENERAL CONDITIONS:
- Kitchen area must be cleaned by guests and facilities and utensils must be left as found. Otherwise 30,00 Euros will be charged.
- Check-in is from 3 pm to 7.30 pm, Check-out by 10.30 am. By prior agreement with the management, we are sometimes able to accept earlier or later arrivals.
- Well behaved pets are allowed inside your apartment by arrangement only with an extra fee of 25 Euros for disinfection at the end of your stay.

B&B STAYING
Upon request, your breakfast will be served directly in your apartment at the time you prefer.
This service is available from 8.00 to 10.30 am.
The cost of breakfast depends on which type of breakfast you choose and starts from 5.00 Euros per person for our typical Italian breakfast to 10,00 Euros per person for a mix of sweet and savoury local products.
Upon request, your breakfast will be served directly in your apartment at the time you prefer.
This service is available from 8.00 to 10.30 am.
